Most New Mexico businesses will see the state minimum wage increase and will be required to pay a minimum wage of:

$11.50 per hour effective January 1, 2022 (previously $10.50 per hour effective January 1, 2021)
$2.80 per hour for tipped employees effective January 1, 2022 (previously $2.55 per hour effective.
